Similar to Vabien I, Vabien II also has separate room layout with independent bedroom, living room and kitchen.

Vabien has 286 guestrooms in total, varying from 9 to 35 pyeong in room size. They are completely furnished with facilities to serve both shorterm and longterm guests. Diverse amenities including convenience stores, Italian and Thai restaurants, buffet featured pub restaurant, steak house, sauna, fitness club (charged) and business room accommodating up to 200 people are all available.
